Companies can set up individual access to their web hosting for service providers such as advertising or web agencies in the helloly customer center.

Once one or more companies have invited you to their customer center, you can simply switch back and forth between the individual customers in your agency's customer center.

This is how it works:

1. Access your agency's helloly customer center via my.helloly.com

2. Now select a helloly account you want to log in (this option is only visible if you have been invited by at least one other account)

3. To access another account, click on Account details in the left-hand menu and then on Switch user

4. You will now see the account of your agency (owner) and the accounts of your customers

5. Click on a customer account to access the respective customer center

6. To switch from this account back to another one, navigate to Account details again and then to Switch User
