How can I reactivate a domain if I have overlooked the payment?

FAQ Bild

If a domain is not renewed or canceled on time, it will be deleted from the responsible registry. A deletion period of 30-60 days then begins before the domain is available for registration again. During this period, it is possible to apply for a so-called restore at many registries.

A restore gives you access to your domain before it is freely traded on the market after the deletion period. A restore is associated with additional costs, which vary depending on the domain extension or registry. A restore can be ordered via our support team. Our support team will also be happy to find out the costs for you. We have summarized the restore costs for the most important domains in this article.
