You can change your contact and domain data free of charge in the helloly customer center.

To update your contact details ...

• ... access the client area via my.helloly.com.

• Select Konto Details in the left-hand menu and

• then click on Konto Daten bearbeiten.

To update your domain data ...

• ... enter the client area via my.helloly.com.

• Select Domains in the menu on the left and

• then click on Meine Domains.

• In the line of the desired domain, click the tool symbol and

• select Edit Contact Information

The contractual partner can only be changed manually using a PDF form. See change of owner

If you wish us to make changes to contact or domain data or if you wish to change the contractual partner, we charge the following flat rates:

Manual update of contact data: 19,- incl. 20 % VAT

Changing the contractual partner: 19,- incl. 20 % VAT
(Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the contractual partner in the helloly customer center)
