You can transfer your existing domain to helloly® at any time.
Enter your domain name and optionally the Auth Code. If you do not know this, skip the entry. We will then contact you to carry out the domain transfer. This can also be scheduled with us.
The auth code is a combination of numbers and letters several characters long.
This is required for the provider change of almost all domain endings. You will receive the auth code from your current provider who manages your domain.
A change of provider does not incur any additional costs.
We will carry out the transfer for you free of charge. For .AT domains, the service period already paid for will also be transferred free of charge. For all other domains, the regular domain fees apply.
The website can be transferred by our hosting experts. We will ensure that your current website runs completely and without interruption on the new systems. Alternatively, you can transfer your website to the new servers yourself.
The existing e-mail addresses will also be transferred via our e-mail transfer tool. The content remains 1:1.
For legal reasons, helloly® cannot cancel the existing contract.
Therefore, please initiate a cancellation with the old provider. In most cases, you can also specify that a provider change is to take place.
Depending on the TLD (domain extension), the change will take a different amount of time.
.AT domains can be transferred within hours, for .COM domains the transfer usually takes a few days. We provide a free URL before the transfer so that you can use the services.
