IT Technical Customer Support Agent (w/m/x)
As an IT Technical Customer Care Agent, you are the link between our customers and our innovative web hosting platform. You not only solve technical challenges, but also shape the future of our digital products.
Duties:
Technical support for our web hosting and domain customers
Product testing and active participation in product development
Troubleshooting and transfers of WordPress and Joomla installations
Development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge database
Qualification:
Completed technical training and several years of experience in technical support
Profound knowledge of WordPress, Joomla and similar CMS
Familiarity with FTP, SSH and related technologies
Initiative, problem-solving skills and customer focus
Fluent written and spoken German and English
EU citizenship or valid EU work permit
Passion for excellent customer support
