Yes, you can redirect a subdomain to an external website. To do this, proceed as follows:

Forward subdomain to external website

1. Log in to the Customer Center at https://my.helloly.com.

2. Within the Dashboard you will find your active products. Select the desired product and click on Log in to cPanel.

3. Scroll down until Domains and then click on Redirects.

Set redirection

1. From the drop-down menu Type you can choose between permanent (301) and temporary (302) redirection.

2. From the dropdown menu https?://(www.)? select the corresponding (sub)domain that you would like to redirect (e.g.: www.ihredomain.at or subdomain.yourdomain.at).

3. The field / let's you select a specific directory that you would like to forward (e.g.: www.ihredomain.at/meinVerzeichnis). If you leave this field blank, all directories will be forwarded.

4. The field Redirects to let's you specify where the redirection should point to (e.g. www. ihreanderedomain.at)

5. With www redirect: you can select whether your redirection should only redirect with www, with or without www or www not redirected.

6. To add the redirect, confirm with Add.

All redirects are displayed under Current redirects are displayed.
