How can I change the order status?

  • Select the Store element on your website
  • In the Right Toolbar, under the Store tab, go for Check Orders
  • In the corresponding line, click on Details
  • In the top left corner you will find the state of the order and a Pencil for Editing
  • Select the order status from the drop-down list
