What does "automatic domain renewal" mean?

FAQ Bild

We always register domains for our customers for one year. We have activated "Automatic domain renewal" as standard so that you do not have to think about renewing every year. In order to renew the domain with the relevant registry for you in good time, we have to pass on the costs for the following year before the end of the contract period.

You will receive an invoice for the renewal of your domain before the end of the contract period. To ensure that your domain is available without interruption and that your services such as your website or e-mail function without restriction, the invoice for the renewal of your domain must be paid on time.

Please note: Your domain will only be renewed if payment is made on time.

Please note: If the "Automatic renewal" option is deactivated for a domain, this corresponds to a termination on expiry.

TIP: To guarantee that your domain is renewed on time, we recommend that you use a debit or credit card or top up your credit balance at helloly by bank transfer.
