Domains cannot be exchanged. When you purchase a domain, it is immediately registered with the relevant registry. We carry out this service for you automatically, which is why it cannot be revoked. Similar to individually manufactured products (e.g. photo books), domains are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have a web hosting or MailOnly product, we can change the main domain configured for the package for you and set an alternative domain as the main domain. Please request this domain exchange directly via our support team. We charge EUR 19.00 incl. 20 % VAT for a domain exchange.
