How can I change the domain ownership?

Changing the domain ownership in the helloly client area

  • Enter the client area at my.helloly.com
  • Select Domains in the left-hand menu and then My Domains
  • Click on the Tool-Icon for the desired domain and select Edit Contact Information
  • Under Registrant Contact, change the contact details to the new owner and confirm your entry by clicking on Save Changes

 

Change domain ownership using the PDF form

  • If you want to transfer the ownership of your domain to someone else, please fill in this form, sign it and send it to support@helloly.com.

 

Manual change of domain ownership

  • On request, we can change your domain ownership for you at a price of € 19 incl. 20% VAT. Please contact our support for this.
