Change Contact Details in the helloly customer center

  • Access the client area at my.helloly.com
  • Select Account Details in the left-hand menu
  • Click on Edit Account Details


Change Contact Details using the PDF form

You can also change your contact details using this form and send us the signed form to support@helloly.com.


Manual update of Contact Details

If you wish, we can change your contact details for you at a price of € 19 incl. 20% VAT. Please contact our support team for this.
