Can I have SSL certificates for addon domains?

If you have created a domain as an add-on domain, our system will automatically create an SSL certificate for this domain. However, it may take up to 24 hours, depending on the reload times of the individual registries.

To check the status of your domain, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the customer center via https://my.helloly.com.

  2. Within the Dashboard you will find your active products. Select the desired product and click on Log in to cPanel.

  3. Scroll down to Domains and then click on Domains. Here you can see the current status of your (sub)domains and, if necessary, force the Force HTTPS Redirect.
