What is the difference between Saving and Publishing?

In the AI Web Studio, you have full control over when your changes become visible to the public. There is a distinction between two states:

When you work on a new design, the system saves your progress internally. These changes are not yet visible to visitors of your website. This allows you to experiment in peace without affecting your live site.

Only when you click the 'Publish' button (or 'Update' for existing pages) at the top right, the data is transferred to the helloly server and goes live for all visitors. We recommend using the Preview function (eye icon) before every publication to check the result on different screen sizes.
