How do I use overlaps and negative margins for creative layouts?

FAQ Bild

Modern websites often use effects where images and text slightly overlap. This breaks up the rigid block structure and looks dynamic and high-quality.

Setting Negative Margins:

Select an image or a text block. In the right sidebar, go to 'Dimensions'. Click the link icon next to 'Margin' to control the sides separately. Enter a negative value for the top margin (e.g., -50px).

The element will now slide over the section above it. Additionally, use the 'Z-index' setting under 'Advanced' to determine which element should be on top. Such details make your helloly website stand out significantly from the standard builder look.
