How can I activate and customize the 404 Page?

This page is displayed to a visitor when they try to access a page that does not exist on your website.

 

How do I activate the 404 Page?

  • In the Settings menu select Pages
  • Select the grayed out option Custom 404 page
  • Enable the page by checking Enable
  • Confirm by clicking Apply

 

How can I customize the 404 Page?

  • At the top left you will find a drop-down menu for page selection (by default Home is selected by default)
  • In this drop-down menu, select Custom 404 page
  • Customize the page according to your wishes
  • In the drop-down menu Publish, click either Publish or Save Draft
