Select language
The helloly website builder allows you to create multilingual websites.
Add languages
- Drag the Languages element from the Main Toolbar onto your website
- Choose your preferred language selector
- Click on + Add language
- Select the desired languages and confirm with Apply
Editing a language
- Click on the desired language to edit content in the selected language
- Now translate one element after the other
- When you have finished with one language, you can select the next language and translate the corresponding content
- To translate the navigation (menu), select the navigation (menu) and click on Edit menu
- In the window that opens, go for Item Name and you will now see the respective language flag
- You can now enter the translation here by clicking on the drop-down menu
Note: There can only be one standard language which is marked with an asterisk.
Delete languages
- Select the Languages element on your website
- In the Right Toolbar you, under the Languages tab, will find your languages
- Move the mouse over the language you want to delete and click the X-symbol
- To remove all languages, select the Languages element in the page structure and press delete on the keyboard
Note: Please note that translations must be added manually.
