How can I track/process orders or change their status?

Track orders

  • Select the Store element on your website
  • Within the Right Toolbar, under the Store tab, click on Check orders
  • From the State drop-down menu select a state and then click Filter
  • To display an order based on the order number enter the order number into the field Order number and then click Filter
  • To display orders within a specific time period, enter the start date Date from and the end date Date to and then click Filter

 

Process orders / change the status of an order

  • To change the status of an order, in the line of the respective order click Details
  • In the top left corner, straight under Order details, next to the state, click the Pencil for Editing to change the state of an order
