Yes, you can deactivate the spam filter. This can make sense if you want to use the spam filter of your e-mail program, for example.
The spam filter is activated by default.
Deactivating the spam filter
- Log in to the customer center via my.helloly.com.
- In the dashboard next to the desired product, click on Log in to cPanel
- Under Email, select the Spam filter function
- To deactivate the spam filter, click on the Process new emails and mark as spam button
- The spam filter is now deactivated.
ATTENTION: If you deactivate the spam filter, an error message appears which you can ignore. You can find out how to automatically move emails classified as spam to a folder here.
