How long does it take for my SSL certificate to become active?

FAQ Bild
  • SSL certificates are automatically issued by the system within 24 hours as soon as your domain is active with us.
  • SSL certificates for subdomains are also issued within 24 hours as soon as you have created the subdomain.

  • NOTE: The display of whether SSL is active for your domain/subdomain is only updated once a day on my.helloly.com.

  • TIP: You can easily check whether SSL is active for your domain/subdomain. Simply open your web browser and try to access the domain/subdomain using https://. If the domain/subdomain can be opened using https://, you know that your SSL certificate is already active.
