Can data that I have accidentally deleted be restored?

Yes, accidentally deleted data can be restored. helloly regularly creates a backup of your data.

If you have accidentally deleted data from your web hosting or web space or emails, you can create a support ticket via https://my.helloly.com and request a restore.

Our support team will tell you the last backup points. A restore is carried out manually by us and costs EUR 19 incl. 20 % VAT.

 

Hint: At https://my.helloly.com you can also order the Premium Backup Manager as an option for your hosting package. Here you can view backup statuses 24x7 and perform restores yourself.
