What are the login details for my e-mail account?

For example, you own the domain newproject.comdomain, have already set up an e-mail account and would now like to create this mailbox in your e-mail client. As an example we use the e-mail account max@neuesprojekt.com

The access data for this account is composed as follows:

Username: max@neuesprojekt.com
Password: !max23_testkonto*

Inbox: mail.neuesprojekt.com
IMAP Port: 993 (IMAP-SSL) / POP3 Port: 995 (POP3-SSL)

Outgoing mail: mail.neuesprojekt.com
SMTP Port: 587 (STARTTLS)

Please use "Password, normal" as authentication method for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.
Please do not use "md5 Challenge Response", "NTLM" or "Kerberos5" as an authentication method.

Alternatively, you can also use the server names listed in the cPanel under "Connect device" (cloudXX.helloly.hosting) for incoming and outgoing mail.
