Backup

Backups of every web hosting and mail only package are created on an ongoing basis. For a restore and the available data statuses, please create a ticket at https://my.helloly.com

⚠️ Caution:

• A backup does not prevent you from losing overwritten data if it was created on the same day.

• We recommend that you create your own backup before deleting data. You can either

  • upload your data to your local computer via FTP

  • create a copy of your data in the cPanel in the file manager
