What is the maximum mailbox size?

You can assign the following maximum mailbox sizes per e-mail account:

Webhosting START / SMART : 2 GB

Webhosting PRO: 5 GB

Webhosting PLUS: 10 GB

MailOnly: 5 GB

 

Do you need more storage space for your email accounts?

In the helloly client area, you will find our mailbox upgrade, which allows you to expand the storage space of your email accounts by 10 GB. If you need even more storage space, you can also book this package multiple times.

How to book the mailbox upgrade

  • Log in to the client area via my.helloly.com
  • Click on Webhosting Packages in the left-hand menu
  • Select Available Addons
  • For the Mailbox Upgrade 10 GB, click Order Now
    Note: If you have multiple web hosting packages, select the appropriate one from the drop-down menu
