What are the e-mail delivery guidelines?

In order to ensure the availability of e-mail services for all customers and also to reduce unwanted outgoing messages, we have activated the following global and package-based sending guidelines:

 

Maximum number of recipients per email (incl. CC, BCC): 50

Maximum permitted delivery errors per hour per domain as a percentage: 5

Maximum message size including attachments: 50 MByte

 

Packet-based limits:

Maximum outgoing messages allowed per hour: MailOnly 100, START/SMART 100, PRO 150, PLUS 200
