You can move your existing WordPress or Joomla website if you proceed as follows:

1. Book Web Hosting

1. The hosting of your existing WordPress/Joomla website must be upright.
2. Select the helloly web hosting package that is right for you.
3. When the domain check appears, search for the domain that you would like to transfer. With a click on Change provider you initiate the domain transfer.
4. You will now be asked to enter the Epp Code / Auth Code for your domain. To transfer your existing WordPress/Joomla website, please leave this field blank! Simply confirm with Add to Cart.
5. Complete your order.

2. Start the Move

1. Log in to the customer center via my.helloly.com.
2. In the Dashboard you will find Your Active Products/Services.
3. Select the desired product and click on Log in to cPanel.
4. Navigate all the way down to Helloly Apps Installer and click on either WordPress or Joomla.
5. Then click on Import and select From remote server.
6. Now enter the data for both target and source of the software import. With a click on Import you carry out the transfer.

3. Complete the Domain Transfer

Since you did not enter the Epp Code / Auth Code during the order process, we have sent you an email asking you to provide us with this code. Now that you have successfully imported your WordPress/Joomla website, you can complete the domain transfer. Simply reply to our email and provide us with your Epp Code / Auth Code. Both the website and domain transfer are now complete.
