As a web hosting customer, you have access to several measured values in the cPanel, including the access figures for your website. You can retrieve these:

Analyze access to the website

1. Log in to the Customer Center at https://my.helloly.com.

2. Within the Dashboard you will find Your Active Products/Services. Select the desired product and click on Log in to cPanel.

3. Scroll down the cPanel to the category Metrics. Here you will see the options Errors, Awstats and Resource Usage.

Errors

Click on Errors to call up the most recent entries in your website's error log in reverse chronological order.

Awstats

Click on Awstats to display access statistics for your (sub)domains. To do this, simply select the function in the line next to your (sub)domain View.

Resource Usage

Click on Resource Usage to find out the current level of utilization of RAM, CPU and other parameters.
